Founded in September 2001, Changzhou Hailin Rare Earth Company Limited is a manufacturer focusing on processing rare earths and located in the beautiful and abundant hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu Jintan Economic Development Zone of Changzhou City. The business scope of the company is to develop, manufacture and sell processed rare earth products including rare earth new materials; to produce and sell quartz products and silicon materials, silicon chips and solar module.      The company covers a land of 41600 square meters with 15000 square meters in construction areas consisting of the plant, warehouse and comprehensive office. The company possesses a high efficient management and technical team and over 150 staff members, among which 3 national well-known rare earth experts and 20 engineers and technicians. The company is mainly engaged in the separation of yttrium-medium and europium-rich minerals. The products include: phosphor grade europium oxide, phosphor grade terbuim oxide, dysprosium oxide, praseodymium neodymium oxide, gadolinium oxide,lanthanum oxide, samarium oxide and other oxides and yttrium carbonate with purity ranging from 99% to 99.9999%. With the complete automated production line, advanced techniques, sophisticated equipment and countercurrent extraction technique， an actual smelting and separation of ion-adsorption rare earths ore has reached 3500 tons/year.It passed Certification of Quality System ISO9001:2008, Environmental Management System ISO14001:2004 ,GB/T28001-2011, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification OHSAS18001:2007 and three-level safety standardization audit. In 2012,  it approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China in the special environmental protection verification for rare earth separation enterprises and the provincial-level industry access. It is in line with the current national industrial policy and is entitled to obtain the national rare earth mandatory production quota each year.
